Please note that all fees paid to Ambika Industrial Training Center are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a student is admitted to any trade and the fee is paid (either full or partial), the amount will not be refunded. This applies to admission fees, tuition fees, examination fees, and any other charges levied by the institute.
Fees collected are immediately allocated for student registration with NCVT/DGT, overhead costs, infrastructure booking, and instructor allocation. Since seats in ITI trades are limited and governed by strict intake quotas, a withdrawal results in a seat remaining vacant for the entire session, causing resource loss to the institute.
If a student chooses to discontinue their studies or withdraw their admission at any point during the course, they remain liable for the cleared dues, and no previously paid amount will be returned. Original documents submitted (if any) will be returned only after all dues are cleared.
Decisions regarding refunds in extreme medical emergencies or duplicate payments made by mistake will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of Ambika Bahudesiyaya Vikas Sansthan. Any approved refund in such rare cases will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
We encourage all payments to be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Demand Draft to the official institute account. Always collect a computer-generated receipt for every payment made at the office counter.
